                                            How to Live in Recovery (HLR)     
  • This is a free 11-week group phone conference call for those who are struggling with getting abstinent or staying abstinent​. ​

                                           Our next group is Wed. April 29-July 8
                                        at 5:30-6:45 PM PT which is 8:30-9:45 PM ET.

                                                                  Group #2
                                         Ongoing Relapse Prevention Group (ORPG)   
  • These are free weekly ongoing phone conference calls ONLY for graduates of the HLR to study recovery and to plan for relapse prevention.​​
​                                          This group has ongoing registration. You must be a graduate of Group #1 above

                                                       The Buddy Program   
  • HLR Program graduates are offered an opportunity to do service as they use their valuable group experience to help new HLR participants.
​                       To do service as a Buddy, you must complete the Week 11 Training AND then register to be on the list.
1. Register for the Week 11 Training
2. Buddy Training Docs (passcode protected)
3. Register to be on the Buddy List (completion of training required)

  • This program is ONLY for the HLR participants who have taken the 10-week group twice and still need more support.

Step Study Groups

Steps 1-2-3 Go

The next Steps 1-2-3 Go is Tues. Sept 22-Dec 8

1. This 12-week Zoom Call is an introduction to Steps 1, 2, and 3.
​
2. Requirements:
     A.  Be a graduate of a How to Live in Recovery Group
          10-week.
     B.  Be available for all 12 weeks
     C.  Be able to print the format and the participant phone
           list.
     D.  Be doing all your tools and support materials.  There
​           is an attendance policy.

1. This 24-week Zoom call is a study of the 12 Steps, including completion of the Steps 4 Inventories.

2. Requirements:
     A.  Finished at least one Steps 1-2-3 Go Group. If you                     have not finished a Steps 1-2-3 Go, please register for
           that group instead (see the blue box on this page)    
     B.   Be available for all 24 weeks
     C.   Be able to print the format and the participant phone
            list.
     D.   Be doing all your tools and support materials.  There  
​            is an attendance policy.
