Tuesday, Aug 5-Oct 7 (7:30-8:45 AM PT which is 10:30-11:45 AM ET)

Future groups-Registration opens 4-5 weeks before the start of each group 

Group 8: Thursday, Sept 11- Nov 13 (5:30-6:45 pm PT which is 8:30-9:45 pm ET)
Group 9: Wednesday, Oct 8-Dec 10 (5:30-6:45 pm PT which is 8:30-9:45 pm ET)


                    PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION AND THE
             SELF-CHECKLIST BELOW BEFORE CONTINUING
  • ​This is a free 10-week group phone conference call 
  • In these 10-weeks the co-facilitators will introduce specific ways to use the tools of our Food Addiction Program.
  • Specially designed support materials and checklists will be introduced to help keep each participant focused on recovery as the solution. ​
  • Requirements for participation:​
    • Be a food addict who is relapsing and struggling to get abstinent.
    • ​​Be willing to put aside how you have been doing your program and try all our suggestions for 10 weeks.​​
    • Be willing to print 120+ pages to make a binder.
    • Be working with a sponsor who supports your participation.​
    • ​Be willing to attend all 10 conference calls.​

                                    Questions to Ask Yourself Before Registering
                                                 Self-Checklist: Am I Ready?
 
1.  Do I think participating in this group will help me right now? (Yes or No)  
2.  Am I open-minded about learning new attitudes and behaviors? (Yes or No)  
3.  During the group, will I follow the numerous suggestions that will teach me
​      to effectively practice all of my tools daily? (Yes or No)  
4.  Do I have time to complete one+ hour of weekly homework during the entire         10-week group? (Yes or No)  
5.  Can I commit to the time, energy and focus needed to do the weekly   
      homework for the entire 10 weeks? (Yes or No)  
​6.  Have I planned vacations, trips or social events so that they will not interfere         with my full participation in the group? (Yes or No)  
7.  Have I verified that my work and family schedule will allow me to be
      available my group calls? (Yes or No)  
8.  Will I be free of other responsibilities during all the weekly calls? (Yes or No)  
9.  Is there a quiet place for me to make the call, with no distractions, so I can be          completely focused for each of the 10 weekly calls? (Yes or No)  
10. There are no other challenges to my attending the next group? (Yes or No)
