- This is a free 10-week group phone conference call
- In these 10-weeks the co-facilitators will introduce specific ways to use the tools of our Food Addiction Program.
- Specially designed support materials and checklists will be introduced to help keep each participant focused on recovery as the solution.
- Requirements for participation:
- Be a food addict who is relapsing and struggling to get abstinent.
- Be willing to put aside how you have been doing your program and try all our suggestions for 10 weeks.
- Be willing to print 150+ pages to make a binder.
- Be working with a sponsor who supports your participation.
- Be willing to attend all 10 conference calls.
