1.  Do I think participating in this group will help me right now? (Yes or No)

2.  Am I open-minded about learning new attitudes & behaviors & taking the suggestions for these 10 weeks?

3.  Am I able to print the needed 130+ pages to make a binder? (Yes or No)

4.  Will I commit to making time for one hour of homework each week? (Yes or No)

5.  Can I commit to the time, energy and focus needed to do the weekly homework for the entire 10 weeks? (Yes or No)

6.  Am I willing to have an honest discussion with my sponsor about my program and my need for extra help?

7.  Am I ready to live in recovery? (Yes or No)

By participating in the How To Live In Recovery Program, our participants learn to change their attitudes and behaviors into ones that improve their lives and make them happy, joyous and free. In recovery we are fortunate to be able to learn, grow and change ourselves into the loving and compassionate people our Higher Power meant for us to be.

Take your next “right” step, commit to changing your life, attend and complete our 10 week group and discover recovery and the gift of abstinence as the solution for our disease of food addiction.
